Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes – there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your service anytime, no questions asked.
What areas do you service?
We currently serve neighborhoods in the Palm Coast area.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we have access to your bins, you don’t need to be home for us to take care of everything.
What if I have more bins then my plan covers?
No problem. We can service additional bins – just let us know how many you have when signing up. All we ask for is $5 per additional bin.
Do you take out extra trash or large items?
We only take the trash in the cans to the curb. If you have excessive trash or larger items that do not fit into the trashcans, consider saving them for next week to place in the can or contact a junk removal service for larger items.
What if there’s a holiday or schedule change?
We stay up to date with local pickup changes, including holidays, and adjust accordingly so you don’t have to think about it.
